Ingredients
- 50 ml tequila blanco
- 25 ml fresh lime juice
- 25 ml agave syrup
- 25 ml pickle juice
- a few jalapeño slices
- a few pickle slices
- ice
Optional
- tajín or salt for the rim
- pickle slice for garnish
Instructions
- Add the jalapeño slices and agave syrup to a cocktail shaker and muddle gently until fragrant.
- Fill the shaker with ice.
- Add the tequila, lime juice, and pickle juice.
- Shake until well chilled.
- Strain into a chilled glass and serve immediately.
